This profile will be made available to other users of Bridge Services. You will be responsible for the accuracy of the information contained in your Business Listing.

This estimate will update periodically as general market conditions and the information you provide to us change. The value presented in this estimator is only an estimate and is for information purposes only. It should not be relied on for tax or financial reporting purposes, or to supplement a valuation performed by a qualified professional.
Service Provider Offers
A listing of third-party businesses who provide services that may be useful to your business, based on the information you provide to us. These listings will include basic information regarding the services they offer and their client ratings made available to us. These businesses are unaffiliated with Bridge, and we do not provide or make any representations or warranties regarding any of the services or information in these offers.
Transaction Readiness Tracker
A digital progress indicator within your Bridge online account representing the work completed and remaining in preparing the information, reports and documents typically requested by buyers to purchase a business similar to yours. This feature includes a checklist that will assist you in making this information available in the Bridge services.
Virtual Data Room
Online document storage with the capability to organize files into folders and grant access to other users of the Bridge Services. Supported files are limited to pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, and txt file formats. Only pdf files will be watermarked with the viewing user’s information.
Synchronized Performance Dashboard
A series of preformatted charts and graphs related to your industry that are displayed as part of your Business Listing. The data in this dashboard is populated with data retrieved from your bank accounts, accounting and other supported software systems. You are required to authenticate to these systems via the Bridge platform and grant access to Bridge to continue to retrieve information from these systems for the dashboard to accurately display your information. The accuracy of these reports is dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide and the durability of the connection to these systems. We do not make representations or warranties as to the accuracy of the information in these reports.
Automated Legal Documents
A series of legal document templates that can be used to generate agreements between you and prospective buyers. This feature provides electronic notifications when documents are ready to be signed and an interface for electronically entering required information and signing. Document templates include non-disclosure, letter-of-intent (or term-sheet), stock-purchase, and asset-purchase agreements. You may also upload your own legal documents for routing and signature. This feature may not include all documents needed for your Transaction, and the templates provided may not be well suited for your Transaction. We do not provide legal services or legal advice and you should seek counsel from a qualified attorney before using these templates.
Account and Billing Management
An online portal where you can review and manage your agreement, orders, invoicing and payment; including order additional services, cancel services, manage payment settings and pay outstanding invoices.
Preferred Listing
Your business listing will receive a preferred ranking in Bridge search results and a designation indicating we have reviewed the information for completeness and consistency, based on what buyers in your industry typically need. We'll provide a list of necessary items and suggest corrections, but we make no guarantees about the accuracy or whether additional buyer information will be required.
Competitive Benchmark
Online reports comparing your business performance to similar businesses, using metrics like revenue growth and profitability. These reports may be displayed on your Business Listing and shared with potential buyers.
Full Valuation Report
Periodic reports estimating your business's fair market value based on the information you provide and changing market conditions, using multiple valuation approaches. This estimate is for informational purposes only and should not be used for tax, financial reporting, or as a substitute for a professional valuation.
Business Success Plan
Evaluations of your business goals and outcomes used to create a tailored project plan with recommendations for growth, marketing, financial management, and access to capital. The Business Success Plan will be refreshed quarterly based on your progress and available for download.
Business Success Tracker
Online task management for tracking outstanding and completed business recommendations provided as part of your Business Success Plan. The Business Success Tracker includes reporting of your Business Success Plan timelines and progress.
Multiple Users
An online User management portal where you can invite your employees or service providers to collaborate on your Business Listing, Virtual Data Room, and Buyer Messaging. The number of Users is limited to the number specified in the Service you purchase. You may reassign these Users to other individuals as needed on a monthly basis.

Dedicated Business Consultant
A Bridge advisor dedicated to your relationship with us to support you in your use of the Services and to create, track and advise you in your Business Success Plan, for up to 3 hours of Services per month. Your Dedicated Business Consultant will be assigned to support other Bridge clients during the term of your services.
Business Strategy Sessions
A one-hour quarterly consulting meeting with your Dedicated Business Consultant to review and discuss your Business Success Plan, evaluate progress and any changes to your business, and provide additional insights and recommendations to enable your business Success.
Business Valuation Consultation
A meeting with your Dedicated Business Consultant to discuss your Full Valuation Report and provide recommended operational improvements to that may increase the value of your business.
Dedicated Success Team
A Bridge advisor and other support staff dedicated to performing the Services outlined in your Business Success Plan and Transaction Readiness Plan, for up to 10 hours of Services in a month. Your Dedicated Success Team will be assigned to support other Bridge clients during the term of your services. Members of your Dedicated Success Team may include employees and contractors from our third-party service providers.

Implementation and fulfillment of recommendations from your Business Success Plan performed by your Dedication Success Team. You will be responsible to identify which recommendation your Dedicated Success Team is to perform in your Business Strategy Session for that quarter, and supporting your Dedicated Success Team with access to systems, information and individuals needed to complete the recommendations.
Transaction Preparation Services
Fulfillment of your Transaction Readiness Plan as presented in the online Transaction Readiness Tracker performed by your Dedicated Success Team. A report containing an estimate of the fair market enterprise value of your business generated by analyzing the information you provide to us. New versions of this report will be made available periodically as general market conditions and the information you provide to us change.This report will include detail about how your business’ fair value was determined and will incorporate multiple valuation approaches. The value presented in this report is only an estimate and is for information purposes only. It should not be relied on for tax or financial reporting purposes, or to supplement a valuation performed by a qualified professional.
Business Success Plan
An evaluation of your desired success, consisting of business goals and outcomes, and a resulting project plan and recommendations tailored for your business to drive success in the areas of [growth, marketing, financial management, and access to capital]. A refresh of your Business Success Plan will be provided quarterly, according to your progress against the plan, and the plan will be made available in a downloadable format.
